The Dâr Layla concept
The concept is very simple: privatisation. The time slot, service and number of participants are defined in advance. If you book for one person, the service and time allocated will be adapted to this configuration. If you come with additional people, I will not be able to accommodate them, as this will change the duration and organisation. Please book accurately according to the number of participants to ensure an optimal experience and avoid any misunderstandings.
Deposits
A 40% deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours (working days) before the appointment.
Important: Medical certificates will not be accepted as grounds for cancellation. We kindly ask for your understanding, empathy and respect in accepting this loss, as the venue is entirely privatised for each appointment. Any cancellation has a financial impact on my company.
However, the deposit can be transferred to a new appointment if you inform us at least 48 hours (working days) before the initial date. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Late arrivals
Even the best of us can be late. However, it is important to understand that if you arrive late for your appointment, the duration of your treatment will be reduced without any adjustment to the price.
