Gift vouchers

For organisational reasons and to ensure consistency in my work, the way gift vouchers operate has changed.

I no longer offer gift cards with an expiry date. As they were too often forgotten or used after the deadline, this led to awkward situations and misunderstandings that I no longer wish to deal with.

Today, the process is simple and more flexible: I’ve provided three gift voucher templates in PDF format for you to download and print.

These vouchers are completely blank: you can fill in the treatment or package you wish to give yourself.

This voucher is purely symbolic — it serves as a gift for the recipient but does not constitute a booking or a payment.

When the recipient receives their voucher and wishes to book an appointment, they contact me directly.

They then provide me with the contact details of the person who gave them this experience.

Payment is only made at that point, either by bank transfer or directly at the institute.

This system offers greater flexibility, with no fixed deadlines, and a fairer arrangement for everyone. It also means I no longer have to deal with conflict situations and can devote all my energy to what really matters: the well-being of my clients when they visit the institut.
