If you book for one person, the service and time allocated will be adapted to this configuration. If you come with additional people, I will not be able to accommodate them, as this will change the duration and organisation. A 40% deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours (working days) before the appointment.
\nImportant: Medical certificates will not be accepted as grounds for cancellation. We kindly ask for your understanding, empathy and respect in accepting this loss, as the venue is entirely privatised for each appointment. Any cancellation has a financial impact on my company.
